Terms of Service

Sumit Kapoor, an individual trading as Wise Advice Trades (“Wise Advice Trades”, “we”) · wiseadvicetrades.com · Effective 27 September 2026

By creating an account or copying a bot you agree to these terms. Please read the risk section carefully: leveraged crypto trading can lose more than you put in.

1. What the service is

Wise Advice Trades is software. It publishes the historical results of trading strategies (“bots”) and, if you choose to copy one, mirrors that bot's signals onto your own exchange account using an API key that you provide or authorise. We do not hold your funds, we are not a broker or exchange, and we do not give personalised financial advice. Every trade happens on your account, in your name, under the exchange's own terms.

The service is provided by an individual, Sumit Kapoor, known online as the YouTube creator “WiseAdvice” — not by a registered company, licensed broker, exchange or investment adviser — and it is not authorised or regulated by any financial regulator. Treat everything on the site as the published work of a trader, not as regulated advice.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18, legally able to trade crypto derivatives where you live, and not a person or in a place the exchange restricts. You are responsible for any tax on your trading.

3. Your account

Keep your password private and tell us at once if you think your account has been used without you. Everything done through your account is treated as done by you. One person, one account, one WEEX UID.

4. Exchange connection

5. How bots trade

Each bot trades a fixed slice of the allocation you choose, at a leverage and margin fixed by the bot from its own backtest; these are not adjustable. Orders are placed at market when a signal arrives, so fills differ from the signal price. Exchanges round quantities to their lot size, which can make a position smaller or larger than the intended amount. A signal may be missed or delayed by the exchange, by TradingView, by a network fault, or by our own systems, and a position may then close later than the strategy intended.

6. Risk

7. Fees

The crypto bots are free: no platform fee, no subscription and no share of your profit. For the gold bot on MetaTrader, and the silver bot to follow, we may charge a small performance fee taken only from profit the bot makes on your account; a period without profit costs nothing. The rate, and how and when it is taken, is shown before you start copying and does not change without notice. Your exchange and broker fees are set by them and are the same whether or not you use us. The full picture is on the risk disclosure page.

8. Acceptable use

Do not probe, overload or interfere with the service, use it for anyone else's account, or scrape the bots' signals for redistribution. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Availability and changes

We may add, change or retire bots and features, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or by faults. We will try to give notice of material changes but cannot promise uninterrupted operation.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by stopping your bots and removing your exchange connection. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Open positions stay on your exchange account and remain yours to manage.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed or delayed signals, exchange or third-party failures, or any indirect loss. Our total liability to you for anything else is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which today is nil. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Questions: support@wiseadvicetrades.com. Our Privacy Policy and Security page form part of these terms.
