Privacy Policy

Wise Advice Trades is run by Sumit Kapoor, an individual based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and known online as the YouTube creator “WiseAdvice”. There is no company behind the service. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why, where it is stored, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to run a copy-trading service that places orders on your own exchange account.

1. What we collect

• Account: your email address and a password hash (bcrypt). We never store the password itself.
• Profile, if you give it: name, country, Telegram or Instagram handle, and whether you opted in to marketing messages.
• WEEX identity: the WEEX UID you enter, or that your API key reports; whether that account is registered under our referral; and the balance it holds. WEEX confirms all three to us, and we use the balance only to check the minimum needed to run a bot.
• Exchange credentials: the API key, secret and passphrase you paste, or the key WEEX issues when you authorise us with one click. These are encrypted before they are stored (see Security) and are used only to place and close orders on your account. We never request withdrawal permission.
• Trading records: which bots you copy, the allocation you set, every signal, order, fill, position and realised profit or loss produced on your behalf.
• Security records: the IP address, browser identifier and time of sign-ins, key changes, authorisations and bot changes, kept in an audit log.
• Cookies: one signed session cookie so you stay signed in, and one short-lived cookie during a WEEX authorisation. No advertising or analytics cookies.

2. How we use it

• To run the service: mirror a bot's signals onto your exchange account, and show you what it did.
• To confirm your WEEX account is registered under our referral, which is how the service is funded.
• To keep accounts safe: detect abuse, investigate incidents, and answer your support requests.
• To send you product or marketing messages only if you opted in; you can opt out at any time by writing to us.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.

3. Who processes it for us

Your data is stored and processed by infrastructure providers under contract with us: Vercel (web application), Neon (PostgreSQL database, Singapore region), Upstash (Redis job queue, Singapore region) and Railway (order-execution worker). Orders are sent to WEEX under your own account, so WEEX also holds your trading data under its own privacy policy. TradingView delivers the bots' signals to us; no personal data is sent to TradingView.

4. How long we keep it

• Account and profile data: while your account exists.
• Exchange credentials: until you remove the account from your dashboard, which deletes them immediately, or until your account is deleted.
• Trading records: up to five years after the account closes, so that questions about a trade can still be answered.
• Security audit records: twelve months.

5. Your choices and rights

• Remove an exchange connection at any time from My bots → Exchanges; you can also revoke the key on WEEX itself, which stops us instantly.
• Stop or pause any bot at any time from your dashboard.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing support@wiseadvicetrades.com. We answer within 30 days.

6. Security

Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, are never shown to your browser after entry, are never written to logs, and are handled only by the server processes that place your orders. The full description is on our Security page.

7. Age

The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
